Upon acceptance of your quote, our team gets started by refining your brand identity. We tailor a color palette, typeface, and logo alternatives to ensure your brand functions as it should on your website and throughout the internet.

We hit the ground running, taking your refined brand identity and transforming it into an entire look and feel for your website. 

The premium plugins and software we use allow us to design and develop websites simultaneously. We don't waste time with tasks unless there is a measurable value to be found in them.

Draft Review & Changes

Once we've finished your website to a point of usability, we send it through for draft review to you and your team members. Each of your team members can point and click comments directly on your website using our secure comments software.

This gives us a clear list of tasks and desired changes as we push forward to launch day!

During the week your website goes live, our team will be on standby for any emergency requests and prioritized maintenance.

Ongoing support, maintenance & optimization

The first two weeks of any SebenzaOnline website launch includes free minor changes.

From there on, we shift focus to the ongoing optimization of content, software, and user experience as your website evolves. SebenzaOnline offers 2 maintenance retainers to ensure your investment in this website project is well looked after.

For customers who wish to pay us by the hour, we do offer net-15 day accounts.
